Before the day of voting, the Election Officer shall publish the notification in his office as per schedule-17 of the location where the votes will be counted.
(2) After receiving the ballot boxes from all the polling centers of the respective local level, the Election Officer shall publish the notice in his office in accordance with Schedule-18 for the information of the respective candidates, mentioning the date and time of counting of votes.
